Apex course is a front for trascendental meditation. Personally, I don't have a problem with TM on it's own, but any course that tells you not to talk to your spouse when you get home and isn't honest about what it is up front should be looked at cautiously. They tell you it's a breathing technique, but it isn't just that..it's TM which you practice for the first time the second day. It's framed as a corporate training program but by the second day you'll be chanting with Ravi Shankar.
@hjackhammer2 This course actually transforms people. I have seen changes in people's attitude towards work. I dont understand about "not talking to the spouse" thing though! I would highly recommend this course to corporates.
