@BobbyCook13 Wow I have a les paul Gibson and a fender stratocaster. and the 11 people that dislikes this don't know the spirit of music. I'm only 13 and I'm getting on up there.
@TheImmortalmetal thanks for the comment! I'm in just as bad a state as you, Connecticut. But I too love the South so I'll be headed to Nashville next year. I was just there a few weeks ago, and I can't wait to make it my new home. Keep the faith, head South!
That's not a great cover...there are only chords in what you did...it's very different form the original one! You're good with guitar but i didn't like this cover..
what i was trying to say is that looks like the guitar he played over your right shoulder!!!you are awesome teach me freebird slow i have yet to see anyone play it like gary and your allen collins and steve gaines solos seem to be note for note teach me .
love it man could u give me some advice on how the hell u ended up with an sg,2 les pauls and wat i think is a gibson es im saving up for a les paul but i found out that it is gonna take a while lol
I admire your skills at your age and the choice of rock. Keep it up dude and follow in the footseps of Allen and Gary. The 2 greatest ever! R.I.P. Oh ya 38 spec. and Allmans sucked compared to Skynyrd.
@ritcheyrocker actually free bird has nothing to do with duane...maybe his slide playing was inspiration for gary though but other than that free bird has really nothing to do with duane...although he is one of the greatest guitarist ever
@lsunationalchamps08 they made it a tribute to duane after he died then when they would play it ronnie would need to catch a breath so he told allen to play a solo, then he said make it longer until the solo was bout 4-6 minutes. and sometimes would say "play it pretty for duane" instead of "play it pretty for oakland or atlanta" sorry i wrote that last comment confusing
@ritcheyrocker no problem lol...just wanted to clear it up...because alot of people believe it was written for him and that it was written after he died..but really it was wayy before he passed
great song by JJ cale, but like it the best from one more from the road.I think Ronnie brought it to like and allen and Gary kicked it too better as well.
Good work as always, Bobby! The riff at 1:17 is pretty simple which I could show you if you'd like.. you are very close. Love the ES335 Dot Neck !!! '58 reissue??
feels good doesnt it?
your fingers making that noise....THE POWER my friend....is a thing of beauty
