  • Good for you!! I'm doing the same thing currently...watching calorie intake, and trying to eat only good foods... I've also started speed walking for about 45 min almost everyday, and it's been helping with taking off the pounds.. Losing weight is so damn hard, but I'm sure it will be worth it! :) Great job!

  • you seem like such a sweet girl. it saddens me to see that you have a weight issue.

    recently i'm realizing that a lot of people struggle with this, especially in america. when i was a little younger i remember somewhat how it felt to be bigger than i wanted. I hated it. I am blessed now to not have to worry about it. It's easy to forget what other people might be going through.

    what is your strategy so far?

  • I know,americans are generally bigger than usual unfortunately. My strategy right now is to just completely change the way I eat.Not only having a calorie limit, but making sure I'm using my calories for the day on GOOD foods. Low carbs,high protein, low fat, down right healthy! haha and you know what?? Healthy food makes me feel sooo much better than eating the other junk I am used to eating!
