Do you use WMM? Cause if you do, the I maybe can help you. At least that worked for me if I couldn't upload videos. After finishing your video, you have to click on "Public Movie" or something like that, at least in WMM. And maybe you can try to do that again with the full video. That worked for me, I hope it helps you!

Yes! I use the WMM by vista, so many way that I tired to do, but it's not workiing all the same ,because of YouTube told this audio of video' copyright is from WMG company ,so it wouldn't let me uploading
