haha for you to say "no add-ons (the way pros play, and yes I am)." you seem a little cocky and i would like to see how well you do in ICC with no Grid, Decursive, Clique (or any other add-on that works in the same way). I myself am a 80 Resto Druid so before you start saying all the i'd like to see you do better well i can and do all the time. Good luck on being pro.

HoT spells safe? You're gonna die the second someone does massive dmg to you. Holy pally> resto druid.
I have to admit druids are better at healing in battlegrounds because of their massive group heals, but when you're over there getting womped on by 3-4 horde a weak over time heal ain't gonna save ya.
may not have a fast heal but we have regrowth and healing touch and while the hots are ticking its like the tons of small heals other classes can do so we spam those two
i would make a resto druid but im really nto into the HoT spells i like doing crit heals and crap and priest are fun cuz everyone likes to go after one in bgs =D more of a challange
That's quite the debate. Holy Priests would most likely be preferred though. Also with priests you can switch to Shadow spec which is quite popular for raids as well.
lol your no where near a pro you click half you abil and take up to 3 secs to get any done

The only add-on I will back is Decursive, pretty useful.
Other add-ons like Grid and so on, really impede your judgement in my opinion.

Tournaments or Blizzard invitationals actually do not allow the use of add-ons and only the default UI.
You're right, the use of add-ons doesn't mean you're pro, you could also be someone who doesn't know about add-ons.

As a ret pally, I prefer HoT spells, I don't like getting too low before my health shoots back up again. I'd prefer to stay safe. ;) <3 druids

I would have to say that healing as a druid is more entertaining then a priest.
It's also more challenging, while healing you have to maintain your HoTs (Healing over times) which to me is great fun.
