That isn't a slow car. It may not be a nice car, but it isn't slow. It also isn't that hard to do. I've seen srt-4's with a simple fifty trim and full supporting mods do anywhere from 410-490 whp depending on the dyno/boost/fuel.
Like I said, it may be cheap as fuck, and FWD, but I'll give respect where respect is due.

I've always questioned this logic myself. What makes the cars that these people that don't like Neons so much better than a Neon? I mean, I could say a Ferrari is a piece of shit, but that doesn't make it so. The Neon SRT-4 is fairly reliable, has a bulletproof bottom end, is fun to drive, and mostly is very affordable. No you cannot put a BOV on a non-turbo car. Why? Well when you let off the throttle, your throttle body closes but you still have all that air pressure in your pipe and it has to go somewhere, so the BOV allows this air to be released.
