Yes it was. After Fay slowly crawled to the west of it was still a depression and this was part of the long line of thunderstorms that followed as she was moving towards Mississippi. It was the biggest weather we got from Fay. Everone else flooded but my weather station only got 1.14in of rain compared to Satellite Beach 25ins
