augpeh - Yes, I am 2WO Tommy. But no, not all Warrant Officers has a pace stick. If u listened to 2WO Shawn carefully, he mentioned that the pace sticks are given to Sergeant Majors. Company SMs, Regimental SMs, etc. I am none of the above, so I do not own a pace stick. =)

yes they are the King of the parade square even the CO are afraid to get F by him. that is his responsibility of disciple in the parade square. nobody need to be afraid of them if we all take the parade rehearsal & actual matter seriously. there should always be a person in charge of something.

another usage for the pace stick is when you screw up at the parade or drill session and he will point the pace stick at u n fellow by "fxxking mother chxx bye, can u  wake up your fxxking idea.",,,,,,,,,,,, hahaha

The RSM is the King of the Battlefield. He can order Captains, Majors, and maybe even Colonels to run around the Parade Square! Even COs fear them

Traditionally, the Sergeant Major has complete control on the parade ground and can exact punishment on any soldier regardless of rank.

@emptyangel Traditionally maybe, in rank crazy SAF don't expect to see it happen .. the highest the sergeant major will discipline is probably a 2lt .... haven't seen an rsm have the balls to discipline a CO unless he wants to slow down his promotion

Sulaiman!!! How U know he is Gay.. This Guy was my CSM before... He got Ang Moh tongue and well educated which is very unlike the typical RSMs...That makes him very different. He is a new age RSM unlike u..a typical gay...
