  • Can anyone recommend some other 60's music like this? Strange, weird, underground, little known, psychedelic, reverby, crazy.......?

  • Hey, I'm not bitchin, I'm glad you posted it.

  • One of my favorite songs. I enjoy hearing it twice.

  • Such a great song, and the video is pretty cool, makes me very jealous I wasn't around at the time. Just wondering, where is the footage with all the op art projections from?

  • @SirStriebGriebling it's various 60s documentary footage, that bits from 'the hippie revolt', it's been edited obviously....

  • @blacflag OK, thanks for the info. Wonder if I can find a copy anywhere.

  • @SirStriebGriebling lots of places, videobeat, i got a copy on ebay years ago....

  • @blacflag Cheers

  • This is so great! Thanks for putting this up!

  • I've been sharing this vid with a ton of friends! Just excellent! Texas has some talented freaks!

  • Man, I am glad you did blacflag! This is the greatest song ever written!!!! so obscure but yet pronounced!

  • Excellent video!

    Peace,

    AL1

  • Randy Alvey is my cousin. I remember hearing him and my brothers talk about "The Green Fuzz" but I never heard the song or heard Randy sing. I was a lot younger, though. I was talking to my daughter today and somehow got on the subject of old punk songs and remembered The Green Fuzz and decided to check YouTube. I swear you can find anything on this site. Now I can show her and hear the song myself.

  • @BacTgirl Well, it was about time you heard this classic:-) Kudos to your cousin.

  • Nice, dude.

  • Brilliant!

  • Very fuckin cool!!!!!!

  • May ,1969 ,went from Montana to Bridgeport,Tx to visit my Grandmom who lived on Greathouse Street. Across the alley behind the house lived R.E. Houchins, bassist for the Green Fuz. There was a shed there and the Green Fuz used to play there ALOT. I heard this song and Midnite Hour and Gloria over and over. R. E. gave my sister one of their 45s and I'll bet she still has it.Never knew that out of ALL the garage bands these guys would be the kings. Little piece of history and I got to be there.

  • Thxs for the upload in HQ, you totally rock my friend. ;)

  • Fichtre ! Diantre de larme psyché !! beau.

  • thanx thats much better!

  • again a quality post my friend..........

  • It's perfect!

  • i forgot to add the video fits the song, and is great!

  • I love this. It is so much better than those polished groups of the period on major labels. It sounds like it could be the soundtrack of a lost psych film of the 60's.

  • my favorite........

  • OMG, new footage too? I envy the euphoria that those cats are going through. It always gives me hope. Great post, thanks!
