@DnBsPendulum Why confused? You know people :-) This is GTI (S16) version, so the engine is 1.6 16V petrol, 118bhp @ 6600rpm.

What is the difference between 1.6 16v in Peugeot 206, and this one in 106 GTI?

They seem to be same engines, but 1.6 16v, has 109hp @ 5800rpm.

Different ECU? Cams? Headers?

106 GTI has Better Cams And valve Springs

206 Has larger Valves ( Good Upgrade for the 106 . 206 Head Whit 106 cams&Springs )

Depends on your driving style and on your course (city / highway). Fully loaded fuel tank has 45litres of gas, so with 1.0 engine you shoud have about 5litres on 100km consumtion. (45/5)*100 = 900km (my guess).

And my vid - there´s no place for argue, i haven´t a engine_power_graph, bu if you closely at it, you´ll se that I shifted at aprox 6500rpm (1-2gear), same rpm for 2-3gear, little_more for 3-4 and about 6200rpm for 4-5...

No, at just 00:08 and 100kmh is in about 00:16. And by the way - motor isn´t been overreved, it can do 7200rpm, i changed gear in about 6700rpm.

because the weight of a 306 is much more. 106 gti weights about 900 kilo`s. the 306 around 1150 kilo`s. SO it need to have more power the go as fast as the 106 s16

wel whit not to much mods you can get 150 hp, i got a 106 gti myself. did a dino run and got 156 hp on the front wheels so. The standard bhp peugeot gives the 106 gti is bit to low (118 bhp). A friend of my did dino run to full stock. It was 129 bhp on the front wheels so. My 106 did 0-60 in about 7.6 sec on good tarmac so. the 106 are faster then peugeot says.
