I love linkin park. They are still my favorite band even though that I think ATS is their worst album, but however its still good, its just that all of LP's previous albums were better. They use their influence to help our World,a nd it saddens me to know that there are so many people out ther who reject them for not "being like before." If you think this way, then you aren't an LP fan; because TRUE LP Fans love this band enough to know that their transformations in music are always for a good reason.

@SkitchDC if you read the book inside the album of A Thousand Suns.... it says there "we want something new and not the same tune with the past songs"... they want something fresh not the same type of music all over again... even though they changed their style, i think it's still good and at least there's still a message in its lyrics...

Hybrid Theory was extremely successful when it made it's debut and Linkin Park could have easily made several more albums just like it if they wanted to make money. But instead they made more albums different than HT, each having a more unique pace than the last. AND because most people don't understand or enjoy Change, they rejected LP. And don't be fooled. LP lost a lot of fans with their M2M, and they knew it too. And as you know, less fans means less money; but LP isn't one of those groups who are doing this for just the cash. They love their true fans because we understand them.

They are one of the few bands out there who are using their influence to make a difference. I was so Thrilled when they invented Projekt Revolution. Because it's just that: a Revolution. They are a Revolutitionay group, a group of new ideas and change. And they create and experiment with their music to give us- the Fans, something New and meaningful. LP is 120% Original.

And as an LP fan who knew them before they were even called "Linkin Park," I appreciate the work that expresses emotion instead of dollar signs. Linkin Park is a Great band and the members are also Good people. Look at all the rock bands from the early 2000s and tell me how many of them are where LP is. You should do more research before you start judging.

Reanimation reminds me of when I was like 8 or 9 and I hated all the other 4th graders lol. Now they are all in highschool while I prep for college to be a Graphic Design and video editor. If it wasn't for linkin park I prolly never would have touched a computer the way I do now. Linkin park opened my world and let me know I wasn't alone:)

@SkitchDC if you read the book inside the album of A Thousand Suns.... it says there "we want something new and not the same tune with the past songs"... they want something fresh not the same type of music all over again... even though they changed their style, i think it's still good and at least there's still a message in its lyrics...

But I do agree, Hybrid Theory sounded like they were angry and the songs really connected to most teenagers while growing up, but I still love the new stuff they've come up with. @ZakumX OMG, you are sibling to my soul. LP, as a band and as people, have evolved and matured and Every album they make is a personal representation of what they have to come to learn and love. They don't make music that will make Millions, they make music that expresses their thoughts and feelings. I mean, if they had wanted, Really wanted, they could've made 5 more albums in their original Style (like this one) Over and Over again just to sell. But they didn't because they love what they do.

Hybrid Theory was extremely successful when it made it's debut and Linkin Park could have easily made several more albums just like it if they wanted to make money. But instead they made more albums different than HT, each having a more unique pace than the last. I really don't see how people can call themselves LP fans and I mean TRUE LP fans when they just stop liking the band when they start to try out different things. Smh.

@ZakumX They aren't fans of Linkin Park. People wanted to Label LP as an angry metal band after their first 2 albums. And then on the third Bam! They got something else. AND because most people don't understand or enjoy Change, they rejected LP. And don't be fooled. LP lost a lot of fans with their M2M, and they knew it too. And as you know, less fans means less money; but LP isn't one of those groups who are doing this for just the cash. They love their true fans because we understand them.

They are one of the few bands out there who are using their influence to make a difference. I was so Thrilled when they invented Projekt Revolution. Because it's just that: a Revolution. They are a Revolutitionay group, a group of new ideas and change. And they create and experiment with their music to give us- the Fans, something New and meaningful. LP is 120% Original.

And as an LP fan who knew them before they were even called "Linkin Park," I appreciate the work that expresses emotion instead of dollar signs. Linkin Park is a Great band and the members are also Good people. Look at all the rock bands from the early 2000s and tell me how many of them are where LP is. You should do more research before you start judging.

Reanimation reminds me of when I was like 8 or 9 and I hated all the other 4th graders lol. Now they are all in highschool while I prep for college to be a Graphic Design and video editor. If it wasn't for linkin park I prolly never would have touched a computer the way I do now. Linkin park opened my world and let me know I wasn't alone:)

Depression my ass. We were all overdramatic when we were 12-14, hormones made us think we were a lot of things that we were not. Most of us grew out of it by the time we got through middle school, the few that actually were depressed did not. If you weren't actually diagnosed with depression and kept on believing you were depressed through high school, you were either an attention whore or a douche.
