I will say, steroids, do give you an advantage, but, how to swing a bat, or how to outfield and infield correctly, steroids can't help you in that department, of course Alex was a player that it helped him, but he was already a good player, it just gave him a boost. I'm sure many other players did it, ones that are not on the 104 list, but it didn't help them cause they were just bad, and they were hoping for those steroids to make them a better player overall and they dont work like that.
