Yes... I have flown her so much I can do the startup with my eyes closed... it's only practise...and like evrything that is moe difficult to learn it is more rewarding in the end.

I wish!, for some reason W&F will not work on my main FS Machine (I think I need to do a full reinstall ...which I won't!) I am using Active Camera for interiour cabin shots and simply move the tower view for the others. But I would definitely use W&F if I could.
Hello Elganthomas, I should imagine it would be quite easy to make English callouts. Just record the correct English callout, backup the Russian callout and give the English callout the same name.
I think it would be cool to have a game as realistic as this, but also with the ability to fly combat missions. It would be cool if one person's mission were to fly a passenger plane while another person is assigned the role of defending it.

Hello Colonel Cramps, I certainly thought like you when I was young, but I can assure flying the PT TU-154 is far more difficult and involving than dropping a few bombs! ...... having said that a non FS addict friend of mine watched me fly a bit of this flight ...and he thought it was like watching paint dry! LOL Oh well ...each to their own.

There must to be a bug on FS9, I hate it when you play the replay and things are not on and some are on when they are not supposed to :).

But only Aeroflot have a permission to not to use reverse.
All other companies has to use reverse, but you can use a minimum reverse, only that the inner spoilers will retract.

Each to their own ... but when you compare simulations as opposed to aircraft type. The PT TU-154 is in a class of its own.

I do all the Gyro alignment before the engine start. does it really matter or will some aspect of the systems not work as a result?

Hello Colonel Cramps, I certainly thought like you when I was young, but I can assure flying the PT TU-154 is far more difficult and involving than dropping a few bombs! ...... having said that a non FS addict friend of mine watched me fly a bit of this flight ...and he thought it was like watching paint dry!
