  • How do you break it? Because I have my firts pointe shoes and they are so hard. I have a good instep and the shoe  not let me put it.

  • My left foot is really flexible but its weaker than my right. my right is flexible enough and much stronger than my left! HELP

  • @demipoint22 extra strengthening exercise for your weak foot and a better alimentation: more white meat more whole grains more fruits and more vegetables, i had this problem too and now it's way better, my weak foot isn't as strong as the other one but it's really better, now we can't notice it.   • You have WONDERFUL feet!

  • Really focus on rolling through the entire foot, and going through a high demi-pointe on your way up and down. It will build a great deal of strength in your foot.

  • It kinda seemed like your right foot was stronger than your left, maybe you should do some extra strengthening exercises with your left foot. (:

  • @orangekneepads I would suggest working with a theraband! most people use it to improve their feet, but it does strengthen your ankles as well!

  • Yes, I was hanging on to something when i did my piquées and turned in and out.. obviously! But everything else i wasnt hanging onto anything!

  • i just got my point shoes last sunday with three of the other dancers at my studio got grishko2007 pro the other people got grishko pro flex or solos ...you were really good too

  • try not to put all your weight on your right leg

    and try to make a wider echappe

    Yeah, I realized that I was putting all my weight on my right foot cause its stronger.. haha.

  • You need to work on getting your weight centered on both your feet. You had most of your weight on your right foot the whole time. But good job!! =) I like the shoes!
