i had the same problem with mine when i got it from crc its a simple fix just tighten the 2 caliper body bolts rite next to the banjo to the manufacteurs torque spec then hey presto mines been on for about a year now not a single problem plus the stopping power in these brakes is awsome
Do you changed the angle of the brake line? My brake wasn't leaky before i changed the angle, but i didn't loose a sealing or something else. No i got i new, but i also have to change the angle. Hope this time it will be better
Were you able to solve the problem? I have also mounted 2 new Code 5 on my bike. I had to change the angle of the brake line adapter, so i had to loosen the brake saddle screws. After i had tightened it again, the brake saddle also leaks now. Do you know what to do? I don't want to send it to service
there is nothing wrong with it, you will see that the is 2 bolts either side of the caliper holding the banjo in place, theese can come loose from vibrations from braking, try tightening theese up but not too tight otherwise the crappy aluminum bolt will snap.
Thanks, but the 2008 model doesn't have a bolt tightenning the bango. I send the brake to ChainReactionCycles, it needs a new bleeding, changing the pads bolt and we don't know what happens with the oil. It is totally NEW and the 4 caliper bolt were tightened.

You aren't supposed to loosen those lines alot. Only a TINY bit, until you have to apply a descent amount of force to change the line angle I think.
