The aikido character is a rendition of Gozo Shioda the founder of Yoshinkan Aikido. its very obvious.

@SuperOveride Shibukawa is stated in the manga to be a jiujutsu fighter, but he is based on Gozo Shioda and his moves are more Aiki than Jiu jutsu, which isn't saying much anyhow.
