Wing, your advice is GOLDEN! Advice #1 is what I experienced 11 years ago. My ex-boyfriend put a wrestling move on me and I had debated on whether or not to dump him. He did mumble some curse words at me and he did belittle me. But I was afraid of the aftermath from the breakup I didn't know if he was going to murder me. This is so true. I have been going through major relationship turbulence this past week Wing, and I've really needed to ask myself these questions and remind myself that I deserve the best and nothing less.
When I stood up for myself about something about a week ago, he almost completely just stopped contacting me. I was really torn up about it and now apparently he doesn't even have the guts to tell me that we're done. I am so over it. Thank you Wing. <3 <3 You made me remember! ILY <3

@DivaMakeupQueen i have but this is his 2nd time around. with me and his 3 kids. who are 4, almost 3 and 1. i have to get myself going before i can leave him if he doesn't try better this time around to be a father to his kids and even a hub to me. i rather him be a better dad to his kids.

Wing, your advice is GOLDEN! Advice #1 is what I experienced 11 years ago. My ex-boyfriend put a wrestling move on me and I had debated on whether or not to dump him. He did mumble some curse words at me and he did belittle me. But I was afraid of the aftermath from the breakup I didn't know if he was going to murder me. I finally had the courage from God to finally to escape from such a potentially abusive man. Thanks again Wing for such an empowering message!

P.S. He picked me up from behind and flipped me over. My head hit the ground and it hurts like hell. He claimed it was a joke. But my immediate emotional response was that I was frightened and angry. Joke or not it is still abuse in my opinion.
