According to Google there is no way to set Picasa's unites to metric so I don't think you will be able to change the template.

I was reading at the comments and find picasa kind of cool, will try it. I am currently using fotoflexer that is a really good web editor. works better than what I saw in picasa and deffinetly better than photoshop express and many other ones.

GIMP works but it is way too hard to use it.

No way that we know of using Picasa but I did a search for "free photo editing programs" and found a few that might do the trick. Try the search yourself and read about he programs that come up. If you find a good one let us know.

Picasa can't help you here. I found a free service on the web called roflbot. You can put that name in a search engine and find the site yourself. Let me know if it works for you.

As far as I can see you can't. If you google FrameFun you will find a free software program that says it makes lots of fancy borders. I haven't had a chance to try it yet so I can't tell you if it works or how well. If you try it and it works out let me know so I can tell others.

I have pictures with written text on it through adobe photoshop.How can I remove that text ?

If you have the original Photoshop files, then you can open them in Photoshop and turn the text layers off and re-save them. If you don't have the original files then your basically out of luck. The words are now part of the picture. A good Photoshop artist could spend some time painting the words out if they aren't too big and in to detailed an area, but that would take time and could be expensive. Sorry for the bad news.
