It was a kind of futuristic video... as the song went by, she was growing hair in different styles and moving it to the rhythm of the music :D It was awesome I love that backdrop video!!!!!!!!! you can actually look it up here on youtube, I watched it the other day :)

Her dad has nothing to do with it. He wasn't involved in Britney's career until circus era, and thats only cause of the conservatorship. Her dad was hardly present in her life most her career. None of Brit's family was involved in her career, they didn't make a cut or percentage of profits at all. It was all Britney (and of course her team) that pushed her to become what she was/is... And she did so willingly. Come on people, lets use facts instead of assumptions.
