My favorite thing about running on an SSD is never having to defragment. CCleaner is really all I need for removing temporary files and fixing registry fragments. That's it!
@ComputerGeek396 yes you can buy the trial, if you like it you can buy it but there are enough serials on youtube for tuneup, which you might not use for legally reasons.
Good video, Ccleaner has always been on my pc :) One suggestion is another Priform product, Drefraggler. Its MUCH better than the default windows Defragging tool :)
I use Windows all day, and haven't done any cleanups in like 5 months and it works fine and speed stays the same. I just have defragment to automatically run. I find all these cleanup programs make no difference to speed. But might be just mine.
