There is a much easier way to do this. Necro/Rit. Ursan blessing, Painful Bond, Pain, Bloodsong, Shadow Song, dissonace, ebon vanguard support, lifesiphon.

11 CHANelling, 11 comuning and i think(i don't remember) 3 blood magic

Its a sunspear skill, so you get it from the people in nightfall that have the tag [Hero skills] then when you talk to them they should give you a list of proffessions, when that happens you click sunspear skills and vampirism should be there
