Healing means to regenerate wounds and remove pain while Immortality means to have to ability to escape death but all wounds and pain will remain. So having both will make you basically invincible.

well immortality means that you will never die, it doesnt mean that you wont ever be hurt. with both the healing ability AND immortality, you can limit the pain of being, say, cut or stabbed. although you will stay alive if cut or stabbed, the wound may be infected with vicious bacteria and whatnot.

actually healing is good.. immortality is useless.. immortality means to live forever.. so if your 130 and you let go of the immortality talismen.. then you're dead.. and healing can heals your old heart and organs... so technichally healing is good and immortality does nothing in a fight

No, immortality restores your vitality to your prime. So if you are at the brink of death, it WILL save you from it. That's the immortality talisman. What it does NOT do is protect you from the pain that you would suffer or any prior injuries that you would have. The Horse is what takes care of those other problems.

healing is a primitive form of immortality, healing can heal broken limbs, diseases, and wounds. Eventually if someone figures out how to heal old dying cells, they would become immortal. So really if you can heal, your immortal. If you are immortal that doesn't necessarily mean you can heal
