i do think that when you move to another country you have to keep your native culture and ways at home. i live in the netherlands which is being flooded by people from the middle east and surrounding areas.. it bothers me that when i walk in a major city, i as a dutchman am the minority! headrags all over the place, noone speaks dutch, and most of all, they're disrespectful to the dutch people. i'm not meaning to generalise, but this is how i experience it.

I'm a first reformed christian and so is my family and whenever we go hunting or slaughter an animal on the farm we always pray to our father thanks for putting this animal on this earth to serve us and to provide us the enjoyment of either hunting it or if we raised it on the farm the enjoyment of watching it and helping it grow into a full grown animal!

If someone kills an animal for the purpose of feeding themself, it is not sensless, and some people actually raise and slaughter their own because they don't trust the quality of the food being distributed by corporations.
