I always liked to watch Surya because of the flat-out speed and power and excitement and drama she brought to any program. Her edges scared me, EXCEPT when she approached one of her jumps. An artistic skater, no, but she did try. I miss her. Don't know what she is doing now, but I hope her life is a good and satisfying one. She gave her fans so much.

@ja3399 Ive always been a huge fan of Surya, my all time favorite. I had the chance to meet her in 2002 and she was so gracious and so nice. I can proudly say that shes still skating in exhibitions all over the world.
