If president Obama had told all the voter what he was going he would not have been elected. The cszars is he's way of paying those who helped get him elected. What is was going to happen. I don't think america will last till the elections. Our presedent goes all over the world trying to make back door deals. Selling us all up the river. Gore will become rich of all of this. Very good point- Czars do not equate transparency! And yes the staff was probably in charge, as is the case with most of washington elected and appointed officials enjoy the title yet leave the responsibility to unelected and often unmonitored staff.
