@daniellekeene Oh, ok. I have one but my little brother likes to mix. I don't really like them but he's obsessed with marshmallows and wants to make it and I don't trust him with a mixer. Thank you for the video. You've made a nine year old happy. :)
I just made your recipe for the second time in as many days. In the second batch I put some peppermint flavouring. You were right, I would not buy marshmallows again. It might be cheaper to buy, but this tastes much better and you can make whatever flavour you want. Thanks for the recipe.
@sararuan0312 why would you take the time to make anything from scratch? Because it tastes better and is all natural. Do you think Kraft is a green company and is conserving energy when they make their marshmallows?
@sararuan0312 To answer your question, I make marshmallows because you cannot find the marshmallow in this big sheet, you can only find the little squares, and this is used to decorate. You can cut it with cookie cutters, cover them with sugar, paint them, decorate with royal icing, make marshmallow pops, etc.
daniel would you please make a video on how to make soufle

@taylorislonely You can actually just use a whisk, but be prepared to spend 20/30 minutes whisking.
