hey howz u doing now ? m loosing weight too i was 102 lb last month i loose 11 lbs in 25 days.. i am trying my best but not that best i am avoiding oily and sugar foods .. doing cardio 5 days a week.. phewww hope will reach my goal of 132 lb in 6 or 7 mnths ..:))

Congrats! Keep it up. I'm doing my best for my kids. I've lost 32 lbs since March. I think that it's extremely hard foe us black women to lose weight & keep it off because of our diets & kids, & so on. But that should not hold us back. Can't wait to see the new you! Stay blessed!
