I think it is more likely that the 13 degrees of negative pitch is slowing the the blades down when I drop the throttle stick and hit throttle hold.
Don't forget, I was intentionally trying to get the blades to stop so I could read the temperatures quickly. No head button is there to help slow the head easily. I just use negative pitch and tail pitch to bleed off the energy.
Oh, okay. That is definitely one way to get the momentum slowed. :-) Nice video!

Is it just me or does the bearing or belt seem a little slowing the blades too quickly on spool down?
