My walking foot did not come with instructions either, but I did find instructions in my sewing machine manual and it was very helpful.
It's nice of you to want to put up an instructional video, but you might wanna check out a tripod and get your angles down so the audience can always see what's happening. You also want to tell people to make sure the machine is turned off so they don't accidentally injure themselves.

Good tip with the needle down, didn't know that. Maybe i have the wrong foot.
