Rented here from 2004-08. This place is also run by a bunch of monkeys. My roommate & I found ALOT of complaints against Ardent Property Management on the internet PLUS, obtained numerous copies of complaints from the Better Business Bureau & Attorney General's office. It seems like the longer you rent from them, the more they screw...I mean, "charge" you once you move out. Do your research people before thinking of renting from here or from ANY Ardent Property in Columbus. They'll suck you dry.
