I had no idea who Frank Turner was before I saw him on a whim at a show with some friends, and it was a good show, but he came on and I had no idea what happened to me, the music washed over me in a way I had never experienced before. I moshed for the first time to this song, and it was packed, and I'm a little kinda girl and I was totally lifted off the ground from the force of all the people around me, and this song marks the single best day of my entire life to today.

It's strange, the lyrics by themselves seem to be purely hopeful - but the way he sings it makes it seem insidious, egotistical. The use of 'innocents' helps create this, I think
