First, the brake lights AREN'T working if you notice when he steps on the brake only the middle light brightens. This means the tail lights are working not the brake lights! Law is any lights on your car have to work properly. 1 brake light doesn't cut it. Tag lights are clearly not working. HE EVEN ADMITS TO THE BRAKE LIGHTS! "Lie 4" the cops says he believes his calling 911, simply notifying dispatch he is on the phone. So before we get to your fictitious issues, you are already wrong!!!

Whether or not this guy had drugs, weapons, etc. in his possession, the cops a) have all rights to pull you over for ANY reason, b) can ask you to step out of the car for ANY reason, and c) are not being "corrupt" for doing their job. If dude didn't want to be pulled over in the first place, he would've gotten his lights fixed; my headlight and taillight went out on me at the same time, and it was only about 10 bucks and 20 minutes of work to replace them myself... The probable cause for you to step out was the fact that you had multiple ID's. This is a criminal offense and is often done to conceal a person's true identity because they have a prior criminal record or are hiding something else. If you were so innocent and the police were so wrong then why did you not comply and then why did you run? You deserve to spend the next 15 years in prison and should lose your license permanently. It's just too bad ignorance and stupidity aren't convictable offenses

Let's start with the first so called lie: It is obvious that the primary brake lights are out. Only the third brake light works and that is designed as a secondary warning light, not the primary light. If the brake lights were working like you claimed in the caption, why did you ask if you got stopped because of the brake lights? If you had done what you were told you likely would have gotten another warning. Instead you decided to be an idiot and risk the lives of innocent people by running.

Check your facts... minor possession is not decriminalized in California... it's still illegal, you just don't usually go to jail for it anymore. It's called a "field book". You get a ticket, you pay the ticket or go to court at a later date. And think about patrol... a cop rides by a guy casing a liquor store for robbery. The guy knows the cops probably won't be by again for at least 10 minutes. Average time for liquor store robbery? About 90 seconds. Cops can't be everywhere all of the time.

Also, check your facts. The cops have a job to do... enforce the laws, whatever they may be. There are policies, procedures, the US Constitution, and other memos that place boundaries on what the cops can and can't do. Cross the line and pay the consequences. Secondly, most police departments these days REQUIRE that applicants have a four-year degree, honorable military service, or prior honorable service in another police department.

1. Showing really how guilty the driver in the car was. First he was carrying multiple drivers licenses on him which is illegal. Secondly, he had MJ in his back seat. Thirdly, he refused to step out of the vehicle after the officer asked him over and over again for about 5 minutes (I would have already snatched him out or tased him).

FOURTH! Mimms v. Pennsylvania states again states that the cop doesn't have to give you a reason for getting you out of the car. FIFTH! You went to court for the marijuana (the case is public record, I checked) so it WAS in the car... and marijuana in any amount is still illegal... even one seed. The cop is just doing his job. You would probably have only gotten a warning ticket if you just followed the lawful instructions clearly given in the video....

THIRD! The cop was way too lenient with you. The US Supreme Court ruled that a cop can use any and all force necessary to effect an arrest or detention up to deadly force. They only have to ask you ONE TIME to step out. If you argue or refuse, they have the right to MAKE YOU get out, even if they have to break a window. Maryland v. Wilson (117 S. Ct. 882 (1997) ) gives cops the right to order everyone out of a vehicle during a lawful traffic stop for no reason whatsoever... no need to explain it
