Afghan music is by the way is a hybrid of Indian and Persian music mixed. Please read history and don't be ignorant. Afghans are multyculural place just like Byzantine times. There are tajiks, uzbeks, pashtuns, turkmen, etc.

Yes It was Sang by Wahid Qasimi. He sang about Sistan Which used to be Afghan land, and Iranis took it some 100 years ago. Its a very Small land Which Kandahar always fought back to get it but failed. Greater Sistan includes Kandahar. Its a land from Zawalistan to Kandahar.
