Nah, that's a Rockets jersey, you can kinda make out the K behind the text and all-star jerseys use the star logo instead of the regular NBA logo I think. The west red jerseys don't use that double silver line either, but it's obviously a photoshop since Kobe wouldn't put on a rival's jersey.
