God does look at people's past when people keep sinning in everything up to point of blaspheming against Holy Spirit. People need to live with Jesus love & forgiveness instilled inside them. They need to always value their life and other's lives. They must handle all situations in all circumstances bad or good in a peaceful manner without cursing insults. Jesus came to do the will of the father. I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. (John 6:38)
