@Apollodorosh "High Goddess" in this context probably indicates that Isis was the most important of the goddesses in the ancient Egyptian pantheon, particularly after some of the goddesses began to be merged together into Isis (Hathor, in particular). Isis was supposedly the single goddess that was worshiped by all ancient Egyptians, regardless of class.
