I understand it as your Dad can keep his insurance or dip into the pool and choose a provider. It shouldn't change his income. Obama's plan is supposed to cut $2500 off the premium if you choose to buy it.

look im just against any goverment programs like this. the government sucks at most things (like education!) i can see some serious fustration because of this. i live in philly, the hospitals and clinics and doctors whatever are gonna be mad houses

I love Obama, but why is he just laughing off McCain's slanderous remarks? He needs to do a better job of defending himself. He IS sticking to the issues, while McCain just sits there and bashes him, but enough is enough. call Mccain out!! he is a snivelling little weasel, who should not be running our country. He advocated Columbia even after Obama pointed out the fact that they do not allow organization, i.e. Unions, which have allowed our own country to thrive this long. McCain=scumbag!!
