Just because your bush has bees doesn't mean the populations aren't declining! 20,000 bees died in an exhibit in Toronto recently for no apparent reason. Nearly 20% of the UK's honey bees died last winter. Is this a natural phenomen attributed to Global warming, or something more sinister on the part of a few who wish to reduce the world population and gain global domination?
Mike this bee story has been going around for several years now...and I still don't see it affecting us yet. Speaking of bees, what happened to your killer bees? Were those ever eradicated? Wasn't that nest right next to your house? Take care.

thanks for some good news, I was talking to an old old lady gardener at the seed shop today, talking squash, lead from squash bugs to me having to polinate my pumpkins myself a few years ago to get them to grow, and she said, 'yeah, they've pretty much killed them all; my son used to grow them, all his colonies died' There still is honey for sale, local, ten dollars a quart, 30 years ago it was that amount for a gallon....cell phone towers, huh?
@KMDNews he is so sweet to those little critters. im allergic so i wouldnt try to tape them. anyway as long as they do what they have to and go there merry way thats fine by me.
@babaloo42 I had an uncle who had such a deep love for flowers and the bees I also have grown to love them. I hold them and help them live when I can :) I never kill them and I also try and help others get over their fears of them. The one thing I can't help but have a deep understanding of is allergies. I almost lost a best friend to a sting. He refused to go to the hospital until he was so weak he could not fight me any more. Big guy 6 foot 4 290 pounds. I am 5'8 120 pounds. I got him there ☺

What kind of bush is that? I wonder if those seed pods are edible.

Glad to see you're not beating around the bush, no pun intended. The CCD is no joke and could greatly affect us all.
