I honestly think they need to make OHSHC into a live-action, seriously. this anime series was AMAZING,and I dont even LIKE anime, seriously I don't. It really stirred emotions that most animated shows fail to do. and it actually has this brilliant story behind it, its not just a bunch of random overly cute crap that sooo many shows have turned into these days, I am so glad I found this series, but if they did make into a live movie; hollywood would prolly butcher it up : |

That'd be a cute idea. But in terms of emotional anime, have you tried Key's stuff? Clannad, Air, Kanon.

Clannad is my currently favorite anime (Air had the spot, I'll have to finish rewatching it to relight the flame), but the first season didn't really appeal to me as much. The second season though, I don't think I've ever seen anything so powerful.

To kaoru94210: It's been debated whether or not that little girl is Haruhi. After all, their hair-styles/hair-colors are very similar. I'm not sure if the creators ever actually said if it's her or not, though...I'd like to think it was, but the chance of them meeting at such a young age is slim ;_;
