  • @therocket88 not at all man, you just dont need that kind of endurance in your chest. The idea is that you can do plenty push ups powerfully so you can kong and push yourself up onto ledges and stuff. I'd say thirty is plenty but try and work doing pushups as fast as you can, clapping push ups and stuff like that. beyond that try one handed push ups, it's not essential that you can do them but it will take you further

  • Looks pretty intense. I would imagine you already need to be in decent shape just to sustain a parkour workout. I like the ab exercise at 1:12

  • true, but almost any exercise can be modified to be a little easier for beginners, but still be effective.

  • is a really good vid and would be excellent conditioning but one thing a conditioning vid needs is when they do an exercise they dont say how long to do it for or how many.. for example it showed the cat walks on the rail but only for a short period of time... for exellent help vids should have "we do this for about 5 mins" or "we did it for 5 meters" etc. but other than that awesome vid :D

  • You're right but we didn't want to dictate number of repetitions. As time goes by we're getting stronger and stronger so excercies are getting easier and repetitions increase. :)

  • my advice would be to do each one for as long as you can then take a 30 second break and do it again for as long as you can then another break and do it once more. thats 3 sets per exercice you would need to do it 3 time per week for example monday skip a day, wednesday skip a day, friday then take 2 days off. you don't want to do it any more than that or you're muscles wont have a chance grow and wont become any stronger. good luck.

  • yea but if you work ur ass off in just the one exercise than u cant keep going with all the other ones...

  • well i'm not sure this video does it, but each exercise should use a different set of muscles, so doing one until you cant do it anymore will mean you wont be able to keep using that muscle group well, but the next exercise should be a different group that isn't fatigued. eg percision jumps working most of the legs, then move on the climb ups, using mostly biceps, then muscle ups using mostly abs and triceps (plus biceps slightly) etc...

  • in your next video please do not add shots of you on railway tracks - it's a bad example to set to the younger traceurs who are still very much impressionable. You know the ones - you can see them dangerously jumping from buildings after watching... you get my point by now I expect.

    Practice safely and keep up the good work.

  • No problem - I only mentioned it since I'm aware of accidents happening in the past. Anyway, I could see what you were trying to do wasn't promoting a dangerous act and I hope that everyone else does, too.

  • Slabý bříška :-). Kliky dělejte s podsazenou pánví. Jak jste v zádech prohlý, tak máte slabý břišní svaly. Většinou jsou to ty břišní svaly víc dole.
