The idea is that you can do plenty push ups powerfully so you can kong and push yourself up onto ledges and stuff. I'd say thirty is plenty but try and work doing pushups as fast as you can, clapping push ups and stuff like that. beyond that try one handed push ups, it's not essential that you can do them but it will take you further

You're right but we didn't want to dictate number of repetitions. As time goes by we're getting stronger and stronger so excercies are getting easier and repetitions increase. :)
my advice would be to do each one for as long as you can then take a 30 second break and do it again for as long as you can then another break and do it once more. thats 3 sets per exercice you would need to do it 3 time per week for example monday skip a day, wednesday skip a day, friday then take 2 days off. you don't want to do it any more than that or you're muscles wont have a chance grow and wont become any stronger. good luck.

Looks pretty intense. I would imagine you already need to be in decent shape just to sustain a parkour workout. I like the ab exercise at 1:12

Slabý bříška :-). Kliky dělejte s podsazenou pánví. Jak jste v zádech prohlý, tak máte slabý břišní svaly. Většinou jsou to ty břišní svaly víc dole.
