  • @Motorchevytoyota Yea..whatever.

  • @GenuineRuksadindan Doesn't the 1.4 simply have a turbocharger? (just like the diesel). Most gas engines don't have that and that's why a turbo diesel has roughly the same amount of HP as an equivalent in size gas engine. But if you add a turbocharger to the gas engine, the 1.4T is more or less as powerful as a 2.0 diesel.

  • @kornellster No idea man, you confuse me hahaha. Anyways, yes, the 1.4 gasoline has a turbo.

  • @kornellster For HP, you might be right. But look at the torque number. 265 lbs at 1500 rpms. HP is high rpm power, torque is low rpm power.

  • @Motorchevytoyota Just so you know - REAL gas and gasohol and gasoline are different things, the latter two being more similar.

  • @Motorchevytoyota That one seems stronger than its size, but it doesn't use only "gas".

  • I wonser if this is going to be the same engine available in the United States next year. I hope so! It's about damn time we get a small diesel powered car here in the states that's not a Volkswagen!

  • @mgospeed31 I hope you get a new and refined engine. I've seen many Cruzes in Myrtle Beach, SC; but I believe they're all gasoline powered?

  • @GenuineRuksadindan Yeah, all of them in the United States are gasoline right now...the diesel is supposed to come here next year.

  • @mgospeed31 Yes; you should try the taste and efficiency of diesel engines. I heard the price of the fuel is higher though.

  • @GenuineRuksadindan I love diesel cars, I can't wait for it to come out! Diesel is more expensive here, but the efficiency makes up for it!

  • @mgospeed31 Back in my home country it's cheaper for some reason, and anyone who uses it gets in a win-win situation. Yet to be widely popular though.

  • you chan chip tune it up to 180hp with tunit

  • @alteclansing3333 Thanks for the advice, but that's actually a test vehicle I borrowed.

  • The New Cruze has a 2.0L Diesel Engine with 163 HP.

    I have made a test-drive on it :P

  • how many HP ?

  • @lazzdk Still 150 HP.
