  • I see the EJ&E all the time now and I live in Iowa.

  • I agree people are not too happy about CN buying out EJ&E, but they had to be put out of its misery because it's been bankrupt for many years. At least CN left a handful of EJ&E locomotives the way they are. I'm upset, though, they pulled the train horn off of the EJ&E in Lake County and the former Soo-Line-Wisconsin-Central now owned by CN.

  • awesome 5*******

  • I agree with the comment below. Glad to see CN has enough common sense to shown themselfs that EJ&E is boss. Once more, a great usual RS3L on the leader!!!

  • Well... They are though.

  • Exactly my point

  • I meant they are going to patch 5 of them.

  • NO! I am furiously mad now... CN Shouldn't because all that history, GONE

  • I agree, they shouldn't. Only 5 of them will be patched though. 671 will be the first to get scrapped (of the SD38 fleet), and the others, only time will tell. All I can say, it's gonna be hard finding EJ&E on the EJ&E's Western Sub after March 4'th.

  • WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY SCRAP THESE AMAZING SD38's!!!! CN is making a GIANT Mistake and they better regret this

  • I'm glad CN isn't like UP. CN leaves stuff alone while UP patches the locomotives and make them look retarded.

  • Well...
