It may come as a shock to some, but in the 90s this was on on MTV. Now turn to MTV today and compare the music ... no wait, better not to watch that s...t.
some tart gave me stick for being honest...........this is a good version if there live....some of there live stuff was lame that i saw but i used to love em.
amazing what shit gets passed off as music nowadays and we had bands like this that went pretty much unoticed......still, their loss is my gain.love hopping this cd out when i have strangers in the house just to see the reaction of them.
Totally awesome. I remember my mate had this on a tape back in the day that got played so much it warped. Senser were, still are, and always will be one of the greatest bands.
Remember seeing these guys as the opening act at Glasto '95 and they fucking ROCKED! Hytham is an amazing lyricist and rapper... Remember when they finished the set he asked if anyone had any mushrooms and if so to tap him up as he'd be wandering around the crowd... I had some but didn't see him lol Great Glasto memory!
theres nuffin like a nice piece ov classical music .... an this is nuffin like a nice classical piece ov music... thank fukk .... true smash ur face into a wall sound !!!!!!! luvvin the senser
I'm not a perv, but what would they all look like fucking each other and pouring wax on each others genitals with some classic nouveaux in the background?
Why did they ever split up? they were truely amazing! Saw them back in 1991 at Manchester Academy with New Kingdom supporting. Such a shame they all fell out. Possibly a true alternative 90's anthem. Still sounds as good today though!
wow I didnt know they are still playing ,thanks for sharing :)) unfortunatelly lyrics still the truth..... Shut your mouth and get back in line And if you don't like it - Well it suits us just fine. We pull the levers We hold the strings And these are just a few of our favourite things. Learn the words of the company song "White is right is right is strong". Come on children all sing along 'Cause if you think you can change You were never more wrong.
I have been reunited with my Sesor albums and they have been in my car ever since. My daughter loves this track, a whole new generation to appreciate this stuff
and both Senser and RATM borrowed a lot from Urban Dance Squad, dutch guys who sort of started the blend of metal/hiphop/rap, worth checkin them out if you like Sener and RATM.
@silverRDrummer It's very much a British thing (so I've learned since I moved away) to cast aspersions on a simple statement of a fact by calling the teller of such a fact to be a 'perv'.
they reformed a few years ago. with heitham (the rapper) and released an album called SCHEMATIC, its the same style as 'STACKED UP' . They plan to release another album at some point
sorry I just can't agree, the "nu-metal", or whatever you call it, genre clearely sounded kinda like a bad imitation of middle 90's fusion (rage ATM, Urban dance squad, senser...) including their hardest working band incubus. after 2 first Korn albums bands clearly laked of authenticity and sincerity mixing styles to appear "cool" or trendy instead of being really creative .... in my opinion of course ; )
you do realise that senser started this? back in 1991 matey, before Rage ATM and Cypress were even heard of. These are the originals, 20 years and still going.
Fantastic to hear again ! - One of ALL TIME Favs ! - Brilliant ! - LIVE Version ! - Be Lucky ! New Bands can learn how to write and deliver a GREAT SONG !
probably the most underrated record ever, Stacked Up, I know I might earn hate, but it's better than anything Radiohead has done so far... a pity Senser never had good marketing by its side...
i think linkin park better learn from this guys before open his mouth about how rock they are... and tell linkin park guitarist to learn to play more before play in a band. learn from senser guitarrorist
