  • @Brandontrann western wrestling is wrestling in general, thats the whole point of 'western" wrestling nothing fancy just wrestling for top control

  • Nice video!

  • 非常好!我希望住在 Temple City.

  • Coach He Guanda is my coach. Temple city is located in Los Angeles. His english is improving and chengbuaguadude is right about not having to fully understand chinese to get what he's doing. It does help to speed things up if you do understand though.

  • @Lopchearn wadup phillip LOL ready for Las Vegas? I might be joining you guys this august :D

  • Left side duck under before hip toss will only work when opponent resting arm in high position. Against trained grappler, would not happen as trained grappler would keep elbows tight to inside on tie-up. Good for show type of move. rest of move is standard hip toss off inside step. Technique at 4:26 is excellent. Nice set up, shifing opponent wieght.

  • Legendary fighter matt furey knows this art...

  • @doggbrown1 furey was never any kind of fighter,he was a decent college wrestler who won the shuai jiao world champs v a very narrow pool and low standard of competitors .Any good wrestler would walk thru that comp.Furey is also a complete bullshit artist and knows jack shit about many of the things he tries to con people out of

  • "It's just a shame that dude doesn't understand chinese and what the Shuai Jiao coach is trying to teach him."

actually, some of the best training I received was before I spoke Chinese - learning to throw is more about sensing balance than understanding words. He may be receiving a lot more information simply by being thrown around than he would by watching at the side of the mat.

  • @chengbaguadude makes sense.I learn more from losing push hands or free sparing than in winning.

  • oh man these are great techniuqes...thank you for posting this up!!!!!

  • Awesome! Thank you so much for posting these!

It's just a shame that dude doesn't understand chinese and what the Shuai Jiao coach is trying to teach him.

  • YEAH, the guy doesn't seem to want to to teach. The student doesn't seem to want to fight.

  • AWESOME

  • very nice!

  • Are you sure on that year for winning that championship? I was there and remember a young man named Emanuel Robinson winning that title. That was Dr Wengs tournament correct? Some very nice techniques being demostrated in the clip there by the way.

  • Does anyone know of a good Shuai Jiao school in Hefei? I'm moving there in a few weeks and would like to learn some Shuai Jiao while I'm there.

  • shuai jiao kinda rare but judo is everywhere very similar techniques

  • awesome
