  • i like the way he secures the ball.3:15

  • I literally broke my foot during this game because I was so nervous I kicked it into a fridge door.

  • @miteeen Needless to say it was totally worth it.

  • god i miss the NBA around 2002-07 now its full of gangsters and players who idolized "tracy mcgrady" overhyped fags like brandon jennings

  • Goosebumps! KG with a legendary performance, nice compilation.

  • dude we had hassel and ervin starting...seriously

  • I remember watching this jumping out of my seat when Webber almost tied it. But signature KG game. Dude did everything in this game grabbed a shot of out midair, crossed over Webber, made a 3, 32 and 21 with 5 blocks and 4 steals. One of the most complete games I've ever seen in a crucial game 7 on his birthday! Classic performance!

  • Que grandes los Wolves

  • Wolves vs Rick Adelman lol. now Rick Adelman is with the Wolves

  • My sixers are now 8-3. Lets go sixers!! I do like KG though. I respect his passion towards the game of basketball though.

  • Needless to say Kevin Garnett was my idol when I was younger. Mainly because of games like these.

  • ANYTHING'S POSSIBLLLLLLLEEEE!!!

  • The greatest game KG ever had. I remember watching this and feeling so happy for the guy. He was finally able to showcase an amazing talent that was under the radar for so many years. Awesome upload my man.

  • 7:53

    SWAG!

  • 2:45 BEST. BLOCK. EVER.

  • haha 6'13

  • Last time the wolves have even been close :(

  • never forget this game GG guysregardless

  • oh what a team sacamento had that period :)

  • the kings were so good back then, what happened?

  • @thecheezit When they traded Webber they fell off

  • KG puts the entire franchise on his back in the 4th quarter. Just amazing.

  • Kobe, KG, and Tim Duncan were the legends of this generation. In no particular order.

  • man....when i watch a chris webber that can barely walk...all i can think of is they got cheated back in 2002...

  • sometimes when i'm alone, i cover myself in vaseline and pretend i'm a slug.

  • Not only does he block it...but he frikin' catches the ball. That is domination.

  • 7:03 lets see paul gasol do that. yeah right

  • how time flies... twolves kicked every ass in those years, nba punished them with taking their 1st round picks but it couldn't stop them. now they desperately lose every time

about chris webber, he was a great power forward even he was the best power forward in earlier 2000's when kevin garnett was a small forward, but he never had a ring, he deserved it too

  • Comment removed

  • i always wish he had a better supporting cast cause he was as good as duncan just never really had the peices around him until he got to boston

  • WHAT A BEAST

  • thats what a hall of famer looks like

  • kG! best powerforward when he was a wolf! he is an absolute beast he 7ft nd he plays like a pointguard/center

  • what happened to Minnesota they were so good back then

  • @cocoaliya Is that a question ?

  • @cocoaliya

    Garnett left

  • @cocoaliya kevin garnett is what happened. he left and won a championship, which he deserves so much. he's my favorite player but i'll admit that tim duncan is the best PF in history. KG is #2

  • Weber choked just like he always choked

  • kings were the best team from 2002-2004. if webber didnt get injured, he woulda ripped everyone. if the refs didnt rig games with the nba, kings woulda been a dynasty

  • 2004 was one of the best season ever.

MIN, LAL, SAC, SAS, and DAL were very good teams.

    but, DET was the champion.

  • uh webbers shot was so close...

  • thumbs up if you think garnett was better than lebron when he was young

  • @myigit3 He was a great player he is legend but Lebron has more skills KG was king on the wolves though and a king on Boston..

  • @TheNubian100 yes, probably james has a better skill set than KG did. but, in the emotional and psychologial approch to the game, KG is better. he affects the game without scoring, just being on the floor made hi whole team better. that's the effect KG has that Lebron never did.

  • @BoyoyongGrowee I have to slightly agree but in terms of saying KG was better because of his mindset is just opinionated so James is two times more mature then KG got MVP more then KG & will win more titles.

  • @myigit3 c'mon, to think that james is even close to the level garnett played when he was at his prime is like idiocy. garnett shouldn't even be compared to james. that's like a disgrace to him..

  • @BoyoyongGrowee i agree bro

  • @myigit3 Garnett was better than a lot of players when he was young. :) complete package. well said!

  • @myigit3 he definitely was more liked

  • @myigit3 ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY HAHAHAHAH that was the dumbest thing i have ever read on YouTube

  • @MJRiley878 are u crazy im sure you haven't see my like bar

  • was this a game 7

  • full body chills at 6:41

  • GOD DAMN IT haha

  • Yeah they are shit now, I was the biggest Kings fan and I love Peja, they should've won at least 2 titles. I want him to have a ring!

  • @YoungMoneyJT69

    now he has one

  • he is the best

  • he done it again on game 3 of miami vs boston

  • 7:54 i seen this kg in nba2k11 when i use kg of mj's shooting form

  • Stupid play by garnett to block the shot

  • I always thought putting KG at the point was one of the smartest moves they did. That crossover he did on Webber... wow. So talented. It's ridiculous how versatile he was and even still is.

    KGs greatest individual performance.

  • The Minnesota Timberwolves I used to know...

  • @MrMinne50ta This franchise has not been back to the NBA Playoffs since 2004 and really have not recovered from the Kevin Garnett trade to Boston in 2007 & the hiring of Kurt Rambis in 2009 who has a 32-132 record a Wolves head coach.

  • just horrible defense by sacramento, and stupid plays by brad miller.

  • Target center hasnt been this packed since they traded him. lmao

  • memories memories

  • @bresher indeed man, memories,i remember to stay awake long in the night or wake up early in teh morning cause im livin in teh EU,just to watch KG.For me,best player evar ;) peace

  • I still remember when KG made that 3 at 7:56 I was just freaked out so much.....like was in shock.......man I miss the KG twolves days

  • jesus, i still remember that block at 2:45, one of my favs.

  • I was at this game!! Probably the best live sporting event I've ever seen. Sad that it was the beginning of the end.

  • fuck you queens!!

  • There is no doubt in my mind that the Wolves would have beaten the Lakers and the eventual NBA champion Detroit Pistons if either Troy Hudson or Sam Cassell was healthy in that Laker series.

  • @ryanmj1983 I agree, that was their year.

  • Comment removed

  • if only webber's shot went in, the kings definitely would have won the title that year

  • this is the most UNDERRATED playoff performance by a single player. i say this is the GREATEST playoff performance ever!!!

  • Oh man... the year that should have been.....

  • I personally think KG was worth every single dime they paid him in MN. It was just very very very sad his talent went to waste during that time. He never really played with anyone good until his Boston days. Right now for his age he's still very good and productive.

  • i am only 17 years old.. i've been kg's fan for 8 years when he won his all-star mvp award.. since then, this video is the greatest i ever watched in my life.. kg 4 life..

  • that is why he is the only Celtic that i like! Go KG

  • Goddamn, the Target Center is about to fucking explode with every shot we make, I wonder if we'll ever see it like that again...

  • I still appreciated KG much more as a Timberwolf compared to his current Celtics days, if ya get what im sayin.....But yeah, too bad the wolves are terrible for the time being :(

  • Sam Cassell played with a bad hip, bad back and a ruptured ear drum. Unreal. That's a man.

  • and then the wolves would get royally screwed by the refs against the lakers.......cause of course no one wanted to a wolves and insert team here finals!

  • now thats a player

  • Comment removed

  • man was minnesota must have been a great city to play for back in those days..

that crowd pumps me up every single time i watch this..

  • @KBLakers824 sums up his career

  • KG is a BEAST still

  • Best part of this, is how bad Doug Christie's shot missed with under 10 seconds left. He wasn't touched.

  • whats with KG and not admitting hes 7 foot 1? lol ahaha. either way, hes my fave basketball player of all time

  • Garnett's block on Stojakovic at 2:47 is just plain nasty. Glad that KG went to Boston and got at least one ring. He deserved it. Hopefully he'll get at least one more. As a Reggie Miller fan, even one ring is great, but I still think his career would be an understatement of his abilities if he doesn't get another ring. Kids in the future won't be able to look back and remember just how dominant he was.

  • i love game 7. it doesn't matter who is playing.

  • Kings in the early 00's was definitely a title-worthy team. It's very sad that they had the misfortune of playing Shaq, Duncan and Garnett in their respective peaks in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

  • @u2beMac

that Kings is like Jazz in late Jordan era... and portland in early 00s as well, so many good west teams its like the western conference champion is the nba champion

  • KG's best game. Too bad Cassell got injured

  • 2004 was an amazing year for nba.Now wolves n kings are jus shit lol

  • @stevechen1991 2008 was also an amazaing year. This year sucks with boston spurs and lakers out

  • @dimitris5594 Don't feel da same

  • they had Gerald Wallace to sit on a bench :(

  • Its sad that right after this season the Timberwolves never did shit, and managed to waste all of Kevin Garnetts prime, which was partly Garnetts fault, he never really demanded a trade or some players to help out until his prime was gone.

  • @0p3nureyez partly due to garnetts pay. its hard to get good players with low pay...its alot about money but nba simply potray it as a matter of passion. dont forget nba is about entertainment. dont get me wrong i'm a garnett fan. he still have alot to give as a celtic

  • @botanyao He gave alot his first season at Boston, but after that he didnt put up amazing numbers.

  • @0p3nureyez its due to that dam injury .he'll be back but not 100%

  • @botanyao it may be the injury..or its that hes 34 years old (i think) hes just getting old now and out of his prime and hasnt been in his prime since the Timberwolves.

  • LOL @3:32

  • God, I remember this game... Peeler tried to get KG suspended the game before because he was murdering Sac-Town. It was KGs 28th birthday. Also the anniversary of his best friend Malik Sealys death. At 7:58 he rips the Kings hearts out

  • 2:47=BEAST

  • PEJA looks like some kind of carribean theif

  • He is everywhere!

  • look at how far we got with all of those scrubs on our team

  • dont have anything against the Cs but it would be alot more interesting if KG and rayray stayed in their old teams

  • tough loss for the Kings, ball just popped out

  • KG vs C-Webb Classic

  • that 3 pointer was unbelievable

  • was their strategy give the ball to KG?

if Kg still played like that in the celtics, damn

  • Saddest part is that KG and the Wolves would have beat the Lakers had Cassel not been injured

  • KG was such a beast

  • one of the greatest performances in NBA history.

there needs to be more Kevin Garnett's out there....guys who give 200% every night.

guys who aren't babies that whine after every call against them, who play with heart and not for money and fame, and who care more about the team than their own personal gain

  • Kings would have won against the Lakers had they beaten the Wolves...

  • @MrHowdyBoyz no david stern would have made sure that didn't happen

  • @MrHowdyBoyz um they lost and doesnt matter cause the lakers lost that year

  • kg's 3pointa was sick

  • Easy rule "If you make more than 4 of 8 shots from any Range and the ball didn´t even touched he Rim, maybe this could be a Night to remember"

  • gotta love the song at the beginning.

  • Honestly, the 03-04 KG season in my opinion was the most impressive season by any player that I've ever seen since Jordan.

  • how i wish KG is still playing the way he always played.. Im still KG's fan.. yeah

  • I was there, best game i ever saw

  • @chumsyalibumsy09 dude..... you were present at the BEST Twolf game in history.

  • @Killoea Man i know it and you know it. I can really enjoy watching him play for Boston now, not ANYWHERE the same as in MN. Classic wolves forever!

  • Great game, but how many game 7's can the Kings lose? Jiminy Christmas!

  • @davd1986 :(

  • KG in his prime just could not be stopped!!!! I'm glad he's got a ring, and is 4 wins away from another! Go Celtics!

  • @Simer1003 this makes me sad..

  • that's what the kings get for trading jason williams.

  • kg played with some big time scrubs.

  • Happy Birthday, KG!

  • The last season of the Golden Age of the NBA.

  • I can remember the time and place where I was during that game. What absolute beauty it is to watch greatness. May G-d Bless Kevin Garnett forever and ever! 'Sota loves you !!!

  • My all time favorite playoffs game...

KG was just simply amazing...He basicly played all game without rest and still found energy to get it done..he even played point guard...

  • Im in Minnesota and Loving this Tonite!!

  • i may hate him as a celtic, but you gotta love this guys heart and determination.

  • That was gut-wrenching for the Kings...their end of an impressive era.

    They'll be back...in 2020.

  • 6:29 those are the owners of the Kings

  • ahh the good ol days

  • lmfao i enjoy watching the kings choke year, after year, after year, after year, after year.. ahahaha

  • KG is just a beast, one of the top 10 PF all time

  • @Kito343 Top 5 PF

  • I like the 3pt from KG. You don't see that very often. If some way we can get the old players back I be happy to go to everyone of their games. Miss the old team.

  • that was a great game, period.

  • wow cassell...omg. i cant believe that he played so good before.

  • 7:55 AMAZING!!!!

  • and the ball dribbles out !

  • is there any full games with kevin garnett in his prime?

  • I love the way everyone just stands up at 5:60 I miss the old wolves

  • this is extremely depressing, the fact that all it took was Cassell and Sprewell to help Garnett get to the conference finals and Minnesota couldn't get two good players around him in 12 years any other year. No reason we shouldn't have had atleast one championship if not a couple in the Garnett years.

  • @ponchowiggly

that is like lebron and his cavs, one guy carrying too much weight

  • @ponchowiggly I'll give you 2 good reasons: the lakers and spurs.

  • @ponchowiggly true that bro! I WAS a huge Timberwolves fan back in the Garnett years. I can't believe we didnt even MAKE it to the Finals.

  • @DaBandiiT We probably would've in a different year, but Cassell got injured and we faced the Lakers with Kobe, Shaq, Malone, and Gary Payton. On top of that, Troy Hudson the Laker killer was injured too. We were underpowered and exhausted when we faced them, just couldn't finish the deal. Either way, I think we would have given the Pistons a better Finals than the Lakers did.

  • This was the Twolves year, period. The only thing that stopped then was Sam Cassell getting injured and being unable to play.... this haunts me to this day. IT WAS OUR YEAR!

  • yeah, at least you dont blame the refs like the Kings fans do, you understand that an injury was the reason you didnt go on.

  • this is the year when KG got his MVP trophy.. Giving the Minnesota the best record of that season..Sadly they fought w/L.A. in west finals w/ the line up of Payton,Kobe,Fox,Malone and Shaq and they lost in 6 games...

  • webber almost had it.=( congrats to the wolves.

  • that's wt i m talking about.........KG is invincible n incredible.........KG!!

  • thank you whoever posted this... i missed this game live and this is the first shot I've had to really see some raw footage... almost made me cry... what a moment

  • KG!!! Kevin Garnett!

  • what a block by Garnett @ 2:46

  • they won the semi not finals. Harlan was wrong
