@DocDerbest thanks for the comment. You should take one scoop an hour before a workout and one scoop post workout (per 100lbs of bodyweight). On off days I took one scoop in the morning. Don't combine this with a fat burner because they both will cancel each other out!

I'm cutting at the moment, when and how often do I have to take in ConCret on training as well as on non-training days?
