  • Was really down one night a few years ago. Turned on the TV and saw these guys for the first time on Austin City Limits. It was love at first sight! Picked me right up. Onda is my favorite by them. And this performance...they are masterful at expressing themselves, and their closeness and love for each other through their music. Beautiful!

Thanks for uploading this great performance.

  • DAMN thats good! these guys are so amazing!

  • GOOD LAWD! These guys deserve to be bigger...but that's how it always is. Their music will never appeal to the masses, but pop music is just a bubble that will always pop. While LLB will continue to live on forever...LEGENDARY!

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LLB are coming to Colorado in March, 2012. I am thrilled to be able to see them in concert. This video makes me happy.

  • @briahofthefourworlds I saw them at Red Rocks about 4 or 5 years ago! They were here with Santana and Ozomatli. One of the best shows I've ever seen in my life!

  • amazing

  • I haven't heard this! Had chills! ~ These Texicans represent San Angelo well! Go LLB!

  • ITS A PLEASURE TO SEE REAL ROCKNROLL BANDS LIKE THIS ONE!

  • SIIIIICKKKK

  • at 6:19 did the drummer try to catch a fly lol

  • Imagine a world where when you drive to work in the morning, you listen to talented musicians play soulful kick-ass jams on the radio. Imagine a world where the music on the radio is crafted by instrument and not by synthesizer. Imagine a world where radios didn't play the same 10 songs all the time. This is the kind of world I daydream of whenever I listen to these guys play. I know they're big in Texas, but they should be on the radio everywhere. Does anyone else agree? Can I get a thumbs up??

  • @jachapa2 amen and thumbs up!!!

  • 3:34 listen to that guitar cry

  • breath-taking

  • Tabs please hahaha

  • Man I love the Garza family

  • I think I can claim 20 or more of the 87,430 views. The could have gone on for another 30 minutes without notice. That last 2 minutes when they show almost a second wind is just killer.

  • bass player is fuckin sick ! he jumps right in and kills it ! the chemistry of these guys is unbelievable

  • i raped the replay button. Dam I play guitar and Henry is my hero. I wish we could jam out some time. These guys are my favorite group

  • awesome bass solo!!!!

  • my ipod can't hold this..... *deletes linkin park*

  • @nice2835 That is a beautiful thing to witness. *wipes tear from eye*

  • All I hear is a talented musician with his own style. All those other guitarists mentioned borrowed and created, as well. That is why they have such identifiable tones. Same for Henry>

  • they should have a CD with nothing but like 2 hours of Jamin

  • Damn!!!!!!! That was one awesome jam. I would rather listen to this REAL music all day than them shitty pop-hop-rap going on out there nowadays

  • Sound quality is not the greatest, but man these guys JAM. I

  • Henry Henry, be still my heart........

  • Umm??? I've got nothing to say atm :-) These guys r too talented for words right now... Just lookin forward to the next time I have the chance to c 'em live!!!

  • lol nothing else to do so play what your souls got man, play on

  • This is for everyone who calls them a sissy, pop band. They shred guitar rock!

  • just like laughlin..yes awesome

  • Never Bore Me...! I Luv It...Cheers

  • que buena onda men my favorite music is lonely boys

  • Its only once in a long while a band this great comes along. They got it man.

  • MARAVILLOSO CABRONES ASI SE TOCA CON HUEVOS!!!

  • I'd say it's a cross between CC Deville and Jerry Lee Lewis with a little J-Lo flavor. No, it's so obvious that their guitarist is influenced by SRV, Hendrix, and Santana. It's a short list of bands and guitarists that can can do it like this, and these guys are one of those bands.

  • One of the best lead guitars I'v ever heard; ever

  • @MrTerryhubbard same here

  • Bad ass drum solo / duo!

  • Great stuff. These guys have so much soul.

  • I gotta go next year when they come here again. FUUUUUKKKKK!!!!

  • HOLY SMOKES!!!

The illest thing I've seen on YouTube all year.

    Henry is a total badass!

  • 26 minutes of sheer ecstasy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hendrix, santana, srv..rolled up and with some tex-mex feeling, this is GOLD.

  • GREAT 26 MINUTES!

  • Hendrix, Hazel, Vaughan, with a dash of El Chicano. I think if I had to compare the guitar style directly to anyone, call me crazy, but I am going to say Mike McCready from Pearl Jam

  • Little bit of Stevie Ray, little bit of Carlos, whole lotta good. Seen them a couple of times and these guys are the real deal. Great version of this song.

  • santana style its ther hearatage

  • only 51 thousand views, ive watched this like a milion timez

  • not since zz top has 3 guys made such great music love these guys got the maniacs stamp of approval

  • THESE GUYS ARE TOOO GOOD.

  • seen them live in maine, awsome show,if you ever get a chance to see them play do it, soooooo worth it, you will get the biggest rush of your life,

  • Good thing I haven't seen this on a love album somewhere, 'cause I can see myself loosing some hearing to this.

  • lol. 26.00-26.07 i forgot to give him the drum heads in time so ima hide behind the bass amps. lol

  • thanks great jammmmmmmmmmm thanks for being there some of your best again

  • i see more SRV is u ask me

  • well longshot im am young but i still love music and this and many o the ones you mentioned are long time favorites of mine since i was a kid.

  • These guys are amazing, love this.

  • My new favorite video!

  • wow... great stuff. I believe more like a Santana's latin rock sound, but he goes in and/out close to SRV as well; Henry on guitar is unbelievable in his talent and versatility. may God richly bless the band all the days of their lives her on terra firma.

    peace!

  • i love these gys....excellent video! the sound guy should be fired though. The sound sucks. But awesome performance

  • he put everthing into this!

    :D

  • Another one of Gods amazing creations.

  • Jesus, I need a drink after that. That was... immortal.

  • First thing I noticed was the 26 minute runtime. I thought, "this is going to be good :-)" Halfway through now and it just keeps getting better. Rock on, brothers!!!

  • Long blues riffs ftw

  • I could probably watch this video 1000 times and notice something new every time...

    love it!!

  • His guitar playing reminds me so much of Stevie.

  • @AgnosDios thats what i was thinking before i read this comment

  • @AgnosDios And Carlos Santana too. :)

  • Epic...

  • God, I love this song! You can just feel the emotion that Henry Garza (the Guitarist) puts into his music. You can tell that these guys do it for their love of music and not for money.

  • Is that the guitarist from the Selena movie? lol jk amazing

  • WOW!!! Amazing!

  • This song is really long. Am I the only one here who thinks they were stalling for something?

  • Thats just how these guys jam. Its always 20+ minutes when they play this. And its always different

  • Man Oh Man. You are YOUNG. It's not called stalling my friend. It's called when you have REAL MUSIC to play.

    Check out Pink Floyd's" Echoes"

Jethro Tull's Thick as a Brick. ONE SONG WAS WHOLE ALBUM.

Humble Pie's live at the Filmore: I Walk on Gilded Splinters.. one side long. Same Album other song on flip side : Rolling Stone.

Boz Scaggs/Duane Allman: Somebody Loan me a dime.

In the late late 60s early 70s, WE JAMMED. It was called MUSIC!!!

Taste it, Breathe It, Live it!

  • Relax bro I was just kidding. I get all that. Ive been playing guitar for half my life and their music and style has been a huge influence to my own.

So don't tell me what "MUSIC!!!" is because I think i got a good idea about it.

  • @Longshotsblues I was KIDDING. U just have NO sense of humor cuz ur probably an old washed-up piece of SHIT who just smokes weed and drinks coffee all day. Once again, I have been playing guitar since before I could hold a full-sized one. And YES I listen to REAL music.

  • Here are some of my influences along with some songs that I think an old dirtbag like you would know about: Henry Garza: Onda (duh) Carlos Santana: Soul Sacrifice; Jingo Stevie Ray Vaughan: The Sky is Crying (Elmore James cover) Eric Clapton: Crossroads B.B King: Sweet Sixteen Muddy Waters/Duane Allman: Hoochie Coochie Man Jimmy Page: Heartbreaker and of course Jimi Hendrix: Voodoo Child (Original and Slight Return) So u see, u couldn't be more wrong about me. However, I AM young bitch
  • @Longshotsblues I can close my eyes and sail to far far places withhis playing

  • @Longshotsblues AMEN brutha!

  • @Longshotsblues Hell Yeah!!!

  • jiggrgermy - Your question is easy to answer. TEXAS!

  • damn straight. it's in the water. lol. been drinking it all my life. makes you different.

  • @luvjasmin Dman right! Tejano is the shit!

  • Ya i know slash is nothing compared to what he is hyped up to be.

  • These guys were born too play music, like fire in there bones , consuming fire.. heart and soul... great preformers as well.awesome,awesome.the best of the best....love u guys.

  • okay, tough question...which produces better musicians southern america (and mexico as well) or australia...southern america has these guys, stevie ray vaughan, and all those other californian bands. but australia has john butler, wolfmother, keith urban, acdc, jet, airbourne, and flea (from rhcp) P.S: If I failed to mention several talented musicians from the southern rock area, it's probably cause you know enough of them.

  • i'd say southern USA. Basically every inovative blues and rock musician is from around there. Blues was born there etc Australia just has good artists like other countries

  • Sorry buddy, flea is more american than apple pie. His background or even his birthplace might have been elsewhere but that man lived his emtire life in the USA, it's the same case with Slash, who was born in england, but his accent, his lifestyle and his entire life was shaped in America. In fact, Slash and Flea BOTH went to the same high school together. So, who breeds the best musicians? i think the choice is pretty clear between Australia and America dude!!

  • @jiggrgermy

    Southern america.

    lynrd skynrd.

thats all I need to say!

all this may have been beyond my time

but i'd rather listen to the classics

oh! and you forgot men at work and john farnham!

  • then u should LOVE boy george?!

  • You can really see the raw talent of all of them that you don't get in the studio version. Que viva Los Lonely Boys!!!!!!

  • sweet

  • your right brownsugas28, I can listen to this song all night long my self. Viva Los Lonely Boys!!!!!!!

  • That was some KICKASS playing by Henry and that bass! The drums were also awesome!

  • WOW! I had no idea they were this good. I can listen to this song all night. I wish I could play the guitar like that. You can feel his emotions through the song.

  • Henry is awesome!!!

  • ..........................................wow

  • I love this guys!Makes me proud of being a Latino too!I'm a musician and love the way these guys nail the songs and performances!Awesome!!!

  • Sorry for my ignorance but I had no idea this guy could play so well. Amazing!

  • This is one of the greatest videos on youtube

  • Once again a fender strat and fender twin have made it into the right hands! This is "Chingon" Bobby thanks!

  • I'd love to see these guys do a cover of Hendrix's "Fire". Ringo (the drummer) would absolutely nail it. Perfect song for them

  • ive always said that exact same thing

double trouble and santana produced this

hes amazing but jojo is a hell of a bassist and an amazing singer as well

  • SRV + Carlos Santana = Henry Garza, man that guy is damn good

  • i met him. he is super nice. it was after their concery back in '08. they preformed this song. its a rare song that they preform live now. they only do it at the end of their tour. i was lucky enough to have attended that concert. it was incredible. they did some crazy stuff. it was awesome :)

  • I can't be the only one who sees a bit of Hendrix in this piece.

  • a little bit of Hendrix Voodoo Child, and a little bit of Led Zeppelin Black Dog :)

    this guy is awsome hehe

  • You can also hear some Duane Allman and Dickey Betts Lics as well.

  • @andbruno a lot of stevie ray vaughn

  • don't worry, you're not - I see it too. flippin' sweet

  • the touch been past from Los lobos to the Tejano rockers Los lonely boys these guys worthy to the mantle thesse guys rock Carlos Santana tour with thesse guys in 2005 and at the grammys that year they where the only two good acts on stage they tour with Los lobos this past summer Los lobos in the 80,s thesse guys today.

  • Incredibly talented musicians. Music is such a beauty, it's a world of it's own. I'm glad they understand that and are displaying it to the rest of the world.

  • i love this band, i love this song, i love this video

  • the bassist and drummer are very good too

  • This guy plays very good.. like many others.. but i really like his improvisations.. cheers mis chicos solitarios.

  • sick.... Carlos who?

  • Santana. Henry is an absolutely incredible guitarist. This video does a great job displaying his awesome talent (along with his brothers')but I still remember who Carlos Santana is. Without Carlos there is no Henry Garza

  • Yeah, but Santana is getting old. All of his latest hits are just too damn poppy and nothing compared to the stuff he really can play.

  • I agree but I'm just commenting yomoma321x's comment but I'm sure he was just being sarcastic.

  • INFUCKINGCREDIBLE!!!!

  • Awesome!

  • great show!!!

  • its a shame these guys will never get the national exposure they deserve. they probably would if they were white americans. it just pisses me off that this music is relatively unknown meanwhile Jonas brothers crap is mainstream. what a shame

  • yeah really, i just cant believe how the jonas brothers can get famous off of strumming random notes on a guitar. i guess there are only few people left nowdays who really know what good music is when they hear it

  • Dude, these guys are american. Hendrix was black and he's a god. Honestly, I think they reason why they aren't known as well as they should be is because they play the music that they want to be. The Jonas Brothers instead play whatever they're told to play.

  • why do you compare them to the jonas brothers?

in reality, theyr nothing compare to this guys.. most people just dont know what real music is..

  • I think the Jonas Brothers were just an example.

  • wow thats actually true
