If he could manage to obtain certain balance on the costume's weight, I bet he could cover his legs by putting them into the dino's legs, and adapting some sort of prosthetic to fill the dino's feet.

where is this performed? Those costumes are the best I've seen despite the legs, which could be an easy fix if you put the right people on the job.
