With my regular Witness .45 I'm shooting all my shots in the little circle, most of them in the same hole. I can only imagine how well the Match shoots!! Better than a Kimber at less than half the price.
You clean your guns at whatever pace you like. To many shooters do what I call a swipe and hope clean. They run something down the bore and spray a little lube here and there and hope that is good enough. Your method may be slow but a really clean and lubed gun is a dependable gun. Don't listen to the swipe and hope bunch at all. Besides what else do you do while the TV is on?
the reason a GLOCK may fail to cycle when limp-wristed is due to it's low mass, esp. compared to an all metal Witness - have a DA/SA full frame .45 Witness myself, nice gun.
@yusoweird I got mine from a local dealer. I actually ordered it without the rail, but it came with it. I really don't mind the rail on there, it looks pretty badass.
@yusoweird the new elite match has a rail, they came out early 2010 or very late 2009. the older models don't have rails. thats the only change though i believe
just got this gun today , didn't have a chance to shoot it today because it was raining all day at the shooting range. feels and functions just as i imagined it as i bought it online, no cheesy palm grip safety, double action performs well, beutiful wonder finish. I also feel for you bro i'm on a 10 week project working at disney world doing a data cabling /switch retrofit. 8:00pm till 6:00a for 10 weeks!! maybe more. so this gun and my new .50cal bmg will get quite a work out, when i find time
@beneaththefallen forget the baby eagle. It is inferior. Unreliable. A friend of mine took a baby eagle 9mm and baby eagle 45 to a tactical training class and both of them broke during the class. He got a loaner g19 from the school to finish the class. If you want a gun of this design the CZ or EAA would be much better choices.
@glock10mm You won't be disappointed dude, it's awesome. I've been thinking about getting the 10mm upper for mine. It's a great shooting gun and deadly accurate.
@Mrbeanutube Thanks man. The usual range I go to has tables for gear and is a lot more organized lol. This range trip was kind of a cluster-fuck, but nobody got hurt and that's what's important.

Nice! What ammo are you shooting out of it? Polygonal barrels don't like lead right?

@RIA45Tac I have a Witness that technically isn't on MD's list but I bet you are okay with it!

How come every Elite Match I see doesn't have a rail like yours? Where did you get it from?

@Tater78HD the baby eagle is designed after the cz 75, and so is the witness... cz design is so awesome...

@Tater78HD It IS a modern Baby Eagle! Both used to be called the Jericho from Isrealli arms with parts from Bren Ten. It is based on the CZ-75.

@eyespy0099 I think it's more comfortable than my Beretta. It points really naturally and comfortably and shoots great. Thanks for the comment.
