I told Ebay I had taken 15 high resolution pictures of the item and had proof of no scratches on the item at all. They did not care about the pics. They just decided in his favor and literally helped this clown rip me off. If you're going to be an Ebay seller, watch out! You will have to accept being ripped off and Ebay helping them do it. Ebay thinks the seller is less important because they would be reluctant to leave them when making some money, but they kiss the buyers ass bigtime. FACT!
I had a buyer buy a watch from me then claim it was defective, even though it was brand new. He did this because he could only get Ebay to make me return his money if he claimed it defective or not as described. I specified no returns accepted and that by placing the bid they would be agreeing to those terms. Ebay took the money from my paypal account and gave him the money back after he showed them a receipt for shipping. He sent me the same watch, but an older beat up one. Switcheroo.
They will not allow a seller to leave a much deserved negative comment for the cheating buyer, but they will allow the buyer to leave you one. You cannot even leave them a bad comment in the form of a positive, which is the only comment you are allowed to leave as a seller. Ridiculous bullcrap. Greedbay has really become a nuisance to it's sellers.
